1.‌ By purchasing a concert ticket and/or entering or attempting to enter the concert grounds, the visitor is deemed to have read and accepted these rules and agrees to comply with them, as well as with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia. 

2.‌ During the concert, filming and photography may only be carried out by the Concert Organiser or persons authorised by the Concert Organiser. By purchasing a ticket and/or entering the concert grounds, the visitor agrees that they may be photographed and filmed and that their image may be used in films, photographs and any type of audiovisual recording. All rights to such material and its use shall belong to the Concert Organiser or the duly authorised third party, as applicable. The Concert Organiser or the duly authorised third party may use such material at its discretion worldwide, in any media, for advertising, promotional or other purposes, including commercial purposes in the broadest sense, without any payment or compensation to the visitor. 

3.‌ The concert may be attended by persons aged four or older. Children under the age of 16 may attend the concert only when accompanied by an adult. 

4.‌ No commercial activity may be carried out on the concert grounds without the Organiser’s prior written approval. 

5.‌ Only persons holding valid tickets will be admitted to the concert. Visitors must retain their tickets throughout their time at the concert. Failure to present a ticket upon request may result in the visitor being removed from the concert grounds. 

6.‌ A ticket may be considered invalid if it is damaged, torn or altered, including if it has been written on, crumpled, stained, partially torn or otherwise damaged. A physical ticket becomes invalid if its ticket stub is removed. 

7.‌ The Organiser may refuse admission to the concert grounds if there are reasonable grounds to believe that the presented tickets were purchased from unauthorised sellers or other unauthorised sources, or if they have been copied or otherwise reproduced. 

8.‌ Inspection of personal belongings is a condition of entry to the concert grounds and is carried out to ensure the safety of visitors. Security personnel may inspect visitors’ clothing, bags and their contents, as well as any other belongings specified at the discretion of the Concert Organiser, both upon entry to and exit from the concert grounds. 

9.‌ A visitor may be refused admission to the concert grounds if, in the opinion of the Concert Organiser, the visitor is excessively intoxicated or there are reasonable grounds to believe that the visitor may become excessively intoxicated. 

10.‌ Re-entry to the concert grounds using a previously used ticket or invitation is strictly prohibited. 

11.‌ A visitor may be refused admission to or removed from the concert grounds without compensation if the visitor refuses to leave outside the concert grounds any of the prohibited items listed in Clause 12, refuses to allow their personal belongings to be inspected, or if, in the reasonable opinion of security personnel, the visitor’s behaviour: 

11.1.‌ poses a risk to their own health and safety or to the health and safety of other visitors; 

11.2.‌ interferes with other visitors’ ability to watch the concert without disruption; 

11.3.‌ interferes with the conduct of the concert; 

11.4.‌ may damage or is damaging the property of the concert venue or the Organiser; 

11.5.‌ violates applicable laws or regulations; 

11.6.‌ violates these rules or any other rules that must be observed during the concert. 

12.‌ The following items are prohibited on the concert grounds: 

12.1.‌ weapons of any kind and self-defence devices; 

12.2.‌ smoke bombs and any items designed to imitate explosions, as well as pyrotechnic devices; 

12.3.‌ flammable, explosive, poisonous, toxic or strong-smelling substances; 

12.4.‌ easily combustible items or substances; 

12.5.‌ umbrellas; 

12.6.‌ pets; 

12.7.‌ accessories with sharp metal studs, as well as clothing that may cause injury to other concert visitors; 

12.8.‌ radioactive materials; 

12.9.‌ narcotic and psychotropic substances; 

12.10.‌ professional photography and video equipment with detachable lenses, as well as selfie sticks; 

12.11.‌ laser devices; 

12.12.‌ strollers, large bags with a capacity exceeding five litres, and other items whose size or construction may obstruct visitor movement, security checks or evacuation; 

12.13.‌ food and drinks of any kind, including baby food and drinks for children, regardless of the type of packaging; 

12.14.‌ flying objects, including radio-controlled devices, unmanned aerial vehicles and similar objects; 

12.15.‌ any other object that, in the opinion of the Concert Organiser, may pose a danger to or cause disruption for other visitors or interfere with the conduct of the concert. 

13.‌ In individual cases involving medical needs or other special circumstances, a visitor may contact the Concert Organiser in advance by emailing info@bdg.lv. Each request will be assessed individually, and the decision on whether to grant an exception will be made by the Concert Organiser. 

14.‌ Notwithstanding the restrictions set out in Clause 12, the Concert Organiser may impose additional restrictions arising from safety requirements or requests made by representatives of the performing artists. 

15.‌ The use of symbols or banners, as well as chants, exclamations or gestures that incite social, racial, religious, national or international hatred, or express social, racial, religious, national or international superiority, is prohibited on the concert grounds. 

16.‌ Visitors are prohibited from obstructing the movement of visitors and participants or climbing on barriers, railings, lighting equipment, poles or load-bearing structures on the concert grounds. 

17.‌ The use of clothing, objects or methods intended to conceal a visitor’s face is prohibited on the concert grounds, except for medical face masks. 

18.‌ Visitors should note that, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, a child under the age of 16 may not be present in a public place between 22:00 and 06:00 unless accompanied by a parent, guardian, foster parent, the head of a childcare institution or an adult authorised by any of these persons. 

19.‌ The Concert Organiser accepts no responsibility for the quality of food, drinks or other goods sold, or services provided, on the concert grounds. Full responsibility lies with the relevant seller or service provider. 

20.‌ The Concert Organiser reserves the right to change the concert programme or the order of performances if more than one band or artist is participating in the concert. 

21.‌ The visitor acknowledges that the sound amplification equipment used during the concert may place additional strain on their hearing and that lighting equipment producing strobe effects may be used during the concert. 

22.‌ No storage facilities will be provided for prohibited items or any other belongings, and concert staff and security personnel will not accept such items for safekeeping. 

23.‌ Visitors are required to: 

23.1.‌ comply with these rules; 

23.2.‌ leave the concert grounds by the nearest evacuation route if an evacuation announcement is made, following the displayed signs and the instructions of security personnel; 

23.3.‌ immediately report suspicious objects, signs of fire or smoke, violations of the law and any other safety hazards to the Concert Organiser or security personnel. 

24.‌ Visitors’ responsibilities: 

24.1.‌ Visitors are responsible for their own belongings while on the concert grounds. The Organiser accepts no responsibility for any property lost, stolen or damaged during the concert. 

24.2.‌ Visitors are responsible for their own health while on the concert grounds. The Organiser accepts no responsibility for any deterioration in a visitor’s health and/or injuries sustained during the concert. 

These Concert Rules will be sent by email to all ticket purchasers, published on the Concert Organiser’s website, included in a press release and, where possible, displayed on posters throughout the concert grounds.
