ENTRY TO THE CONCERT

IMPORTANT! To ensure smoother entry to the event grounds, visitors will be divided between routes A and B. The route and entrance assigned to each ticket holder will be indicated on their ticket, so please check this information before travelling to Mežaparks.

When arriving at the venue, follow the signs directing you to the A or B route indicated on your ticket. Please do not use the nearest entrance or the entrance you would normally use. Going to the wrong entrance may significantly delay your entry to the concert grounds.

Entrance A4 is designated for wheelchair users and holders of Golden Circle (A) and Early Entry tickets. General Admission (A) ticket holders should use entrances A5, A6 or A7, while Entrance 8 is designated for wheelchair users and Golden Platform / Area (VIP) ticket holders.

General Admission (B) ticket holders should use entrances B9 or B10, while Golden Circle (B) ticket holders should use entrance B12. At the venue, please follow all signs and instructions provided by event staff.

Due to the large number of visitors, ticket checks and inspections of personal belongings may take additional time. We therefore encourage everyone to arrive early. Visitors’ personal belongings and identification documents may be checked at the entrance.

When presenting your ticket on your phone, download it to your device in advance, as internet coverage at the event grounds may be limited.

Entry to the concert will only be permitted with a valid ticket purchased through the “Biļešu Serviss” ticketing network. All tickets will be checked at the entrance. The concert is completely sold out, and tickets will not be available for purchase at the venue.

All tickets, whether digital or printed, contain a unique barcode that will be scanned upon entry. Please do not publish your ticket on social media or share it with anyone else, as each barcode can only be used once. Once a barcode has been scanned, the ticket will no longer be valid for entry.

The concert may be attended by persons aged four and above. Please note that young people under the age of 16 are not permitted to remain in a public place after 22:00 without a parent or legal guardian.

The complete concert rules are available on the Concert Agency FBI website at www.fbi.lv.
